Boo Hoo Remove the free speech tag from the logo

I keep seeing a tag lines about free speech on the logo. As I was banned a while back from a sub for something I said it shows there is not free speech on this site. That should be removed out of the rotating tag lines.

The question is implied. But I guess I should have worked it out with "what is the process to get the false freedom of speech tag line removed from the logo?" In the post.
