I keep seeing a tag lines about free speech on the logo. As I was banned a while back from a sub for something I said it shows there is not free speech on this site. That should be removed out of the rotating tag lines.

Hey kvetching retard, you were banned in a sub by a moderator of the sub. You can create a sub and ban people too. It's how the site works.

Fine. But like I said. Remove the claims of free speech because that is bullshit. Mods just like Reddit.

I'm going to chime in here because you seem to be missing the main point. The site itself is a free speech site. Individual Subs are operated by individual people who are not actually part of the site and they may ban you from their sub. As AOU tried to point out, send him a message when you get banned from a default sub that is ran by the site. Think of it this way, Poal is the government and allows free speech on the site , but the individual Subs are Walmart and Target and other retailers who may not allow free speech in their store. Hopefully that helps it make more sense.

Except the subs are more like states instead of stores. I can reside in a state but not be in Walmart. That isn't the case here as the government moves things people say into stores that then have the right to ban them for what they say. A place that only has free speech in certain places isn't a place with free speech. Which is fine but it is pretty retarded that people left Reddit for this same reason and then set up the same thing. I guess as long as they are the ones in charge that is all that matters. They have free speech so that makes the claim true.
