In japan many of their elderly that are lonely or don't feel like paying rent whatev will commit petty crimes and just live in prison. The japanese culture even in prisons doesn't target the elderly. It's like a retirement home/social club lol.

Yeah and I know what it cost here cause of my mom, if it just wasnt for property taxes. Fuck we cant own anything without continual payments.
