I've seen that marking on pretty much every Tabby - orange or other. I do know that the vast majority of orange cats are male - female orange are rare and i also know that orange cats have a higher disposition to kidney issues

Look higher up, it's a paw print. Your pic only shows the bottom. I have a super light orange cat who doesn't have any white or markings visible unless the light hits him right.
