How does one know if their web hosts are or not using cloudflare? For example if I have a cheap wordpress site hosted by HostGator or Bluehost for a small family business, how would I know? I'm supposing this puts me into the retard category. That's fine, when I bus, I prefer the short bus.

It is a service you have to sign up for. If you didn't sign up and pay them, you probably don't have it.
