High demand rental property paid off in 10 years will track with inflation and provide enough to fully retire with my cows. Don’t count on social security. mathematically, it can’t survive long enough to fund retirement for most of us.

Get as far from any big city as possible to ensure minimal friction with the law and niggers.

So I take it you live in either puerto rico or florida. I want 10 acres of land. A gravel driveway, a couple of home depot storage sheds put together, a fire pit a place where I can shoot my pistol, have the plot be partially tree'ed. Im ok with having a sorta view. I'd like to live on rolling hills if possible. Maybe front range of the north Montana Rockies. I have non of this but a fella can dream.

Work at your goal. My wife and I have a property much as you describe. But includes a well with emergency hand pump, a one acre pond, chickens, deer wandering around all day, a woodstove and a huge garden. 18 acres, rural MI

Being from northern New England myself, I can relate to the allure of a warmer climate in retirement. Walking on the beach metal detecting surrounded by an abundance of distracting bikinis sounds damned good to me!
