If I was going to do an end-run around the first amendment, I would probably pay people to say hateful things in public, and then do a violent false flag based on the speech I want to be illegal. Next I would use a captured lower court to define the speech as an "incitement to violence" by default, and point to the violent false flag as my justification. Then the Supreme Court can simply refuse to hear the appeals to the ruling in lower courts, and I've done my end run around the first amendment. Then I can use law enforcement to attack anyone saying or writing the things I do not like. DeSantis restricted free speech in Florida differently. He didn't outright make the speech itself illegal, but he made a legal distinction where distributing fliers with facts about jewish power were non longer just "littering", but a felony. They used a lesser crime to enforce steeper sentences. I don't think jews are going to stop there. They are going for all of the chips on the table. You can see them doing this in places that do not have free speech, from Germany to the UK to Mexico. A politician was just arrested in Mexico for calling a tranny a "man who self-identifies as a woman". Enjoy your ability to speak freely in the dark corners of the internet while you can. I think they are frustrated and afraid of places like Gab and Poal, and are going to find a sneaky way to crack down. It'll be the usual "problem, reaction, solution" spiel with a violent false flag. It's how they always operate.
