There's too little verifiable information on the topic and too many variables to link them all to this event and even less to deliberate jamming of the GPS signals (which would noticeable side effects anyway). What kind of equipment was being used on the boat and what kind/size of boat are we talking here? How reliable is their GPS in other conditions? Who was operating it and what is their skill level with such technology? What was their local weather like? So many variables to work with here and so little hard evidence to parse other than "someone said". I don't at all doubt that the fires were deliberately set by (((democrat))) paid operatives. I do, however, have a lot of skepticism in the stories of things like GPS not working because some people who want to push their own narrative and conspiracy have an incentive to say such a thing. It is also known that (((controlled opposition))) groups will push such accounts to get the people who are susceptible to such ideas going. As for killing off their own kind, that's always a given. Their followers are useful to (((them))), but they are not part of the club so they are fully expendable if the situation calls for such. You can make up your own mind on the situation, but I encourage you to be skeptical in all directions, especially the ones that fit what you want to be true. (((They))) know they can easily manipulate you if they feed you the stories that align with your view of the situation so you let your guard down and accept the alternative programming. You become a useful idiot to them when they can lead you around on your chain of conspiracy confirming contrived (((evidence))). It's been working very well for (((them))) for a long time, but you can help yourself and others by questioning everything and gathering enough information from many disparate sources so you can tease out the truth rather than simply accept any accounts that fit your bias as unquestionable truth and proof. Always, always question everything and don't trust anyone without knowing exactly who they really represent. Time always outs so many of these people as being a part of the (((team))).
