Firstly, $65K isn't going to get you a worthwhile Ferrari. Secondly, medical tourism is a big industry globally. You can get new teeth and enjoy a vacation for a fraction of that cost.

Literally will cost you a fraction of that if you go to Eastern Europe to do it, or even turkey. And you can have a nice vacation at the same time while you get your new chompers.
