I use my big truck to impress the libs - it's a GMC 2500HD Crew Cab with a tuned/programmed Duramax Diesel, dual 4" exhaust. Love passing bicycles, if they were assholes hogging the road in front of me, I'll switch the programmer to a performance tune and fog them out in a thick plume of black diesel exhasust as I accelerate past them. If they were good cyclists staying in the bike lane, I change the tune to stock so I don't fog them out out of respect. Funny as hell watching the bitching libs disappear in a thick black cloud in the rear view. My everyday around town beater truck is a Tacoma 4WD - that the AC doesn't currently work. It's easier to park in town, cheap to maintain, saves the miles on my big <expensive> truck that I only need for hauling trailers and big truck things the Tacoma can't do.
