lol Do you use a global custom CSS? Check out your browser's extensions. It's definitely something on your side since arrows are showing for the parent comment above.
Default global with custom disabled. Might just be some weird browser glitch.
Do you use custom font size?
Check the Browser's console for errors
Check the Browser's source/element section to see if the arrows are there in the code (id= upvote and downvote)
