I stopped at a grocery store after work today to get my scallops. A panhandler outside asked if I could spare any change on my way out and I said yes I could. He looked at me eagerly upon my exit. " oh I can but I won't". Lmfao at his face.

I was actually somewhat surprised to see that this man was allowed to remain outside the store. uncommon for my area.
