May lose my place. Got a letter my lease hasn't been renewed. Hoping it can be fixed and there's no issues. No prior warnings or inspections. What do you think?

Depends upon what state in which you live. You may wish to look up Landlord-Tenant Laws for your specific area. No-notice evictions are almost always prohibited unless there are extenuating legal situations such as drugs, prostitution, illegal child-care operation, and other illegal activities known and proven for a property. Keep us apprised of your situation.
