Not in the literal sense but in the effective sense, but that's already the case. Everyone complaing about "Whites" getting into colleges etc are mistaking that jews aren't White. The White replacement by jews was affecting Whites at twice the rate of that to anything Asians were affected by with regard to admissions. And that's the whole crux of the lie. While it is true that the (((universities))) can easily circumvent this ruling, that does not mean it did not happen as you are claiming. No one is "falling for it". They really did recognize that afirmative action is racist. And that is a victory.

I don't know when it happened, but now there's multiple groups of minorities which leads me to believe they've lost control of their beast but still fear the one that can put them down.

Weren't some colleges and universities looking into how to further discriminate against Whites before this decision anyway? I remember seeing an article about how one uni was looking into looking at the demographic and income of areas. In other words they were going to look for people from the blackest, poorest areas to "give priority" to the negroids.
