So , I've been looking for a job. Applied to a couple nonprofits. I drive trucks. These places have great benefits , shit ton of PTO and Holidays

I've noticed these places have ALL shitskins in the blue collar positions, but management is White as the undriven snow.

I am definitely more than qualified , but after the interview , nuttin.

I'm articulate , dress appropriately, know how to schmooze and say the right thing but nope not interested.

Diversity for thee , but not for me .

write in the cover letter or application that you identify as non binary... How can they prove otherwise.

Maybe that , or show up to the interview wearing a dress , and say that I'm in the process of transitioning .

I'm actually pretty fluent in Spanglish , Puerto Rican dialect. Maybe I'll try some dark spray tan too.
