If you must get in touch with me, call me. The phone will make noise. An annoying noise. Then it will beep and you'll be prompted to leave a voice mail. Then you'll be told the mailbox is full and be cut off. If you really need to talk to me, call again. And again. And again. If you call me back 3x, I'll know it's serious. If you call me back 4x or more, it's a death in the family.

yeah this happens to me at work... I don't pick up the call when it's certain boomers who will talk my ear off about something that could've been 1 or 2 simple messages... they don't want to leave a record of what they said I think.
