Here's a secret they censor by omission (((for some reason))).

1) All influenza viruses are RNA viruses. 2) Most cold viruses and all strains of the wuflu are positive strain RNA viruses too. 3) RNA viral replication is slowed to a standstill if you can get Zinc into your cells. 4) Your cells don't absorb much Zinc without a Zinc ionophore (which lets the Zinc ions travel past the cell wall). 5) If you take Zinc and a Zinc Ionophore (the easiest one is Quercetin, which can easily be bought at health food stores) you can stop Influenza, most colds, and all SARS-CoV-2 viruses dead in their tracks.

All you have to do?

When you feel ANY flu-like symptoms, take Zinc and Quercetin immediately, then take it daily until the symptoms go away.

Don't take it every day, just when you feel off or like you caught a bug.

You will literally never get the flu again, it's that powerful. You can also stop 90% of colds this way. If you are very old and your immune system sucks, it's still a great idea, because it gives your immune system a fighting chance.

I mean.

I'm just telling people what pills to take if they get sick.

Rather than promoting a lifestyle to not get sick? We aren't talking about contracting a case of some actually harmful illness. We're talking about hings that children bounce back from.

Alternative to all of what you're saying: Go outside, do real exercise multiple times per week, eat meat, avoid the vast majority of carbs.

Yup, and that's a fair point but I don't think they're equal. I wasn't suggesting anything to people. Either way, I think it would be more helpful to push for actually healthy lifestyles as a way to prevent illness rather than simply treating "illness" when the vast majority of the time it's just symptoms of being too hot, too cold or lack of a micronutrient. Probably should have started that way.
