Here's a secret they censor by omission (((for some reason))).

1) All influenza viruses are RNA viruses. 2) Most cold viruses and all strains of the wuflu are positive strain RNA viruses too. 3) RNA viral replication is slowed to a standstill if you can get Zinc into your cells. 4) Your cells don't absorb much Zinc without a Zinc ionophore (which lets the Zinc ions travel past the cell wall). 5) If you take Zinc and a Zinc Ionophore (the easiest one is Quercetin, which can easily be bought at health food stores) you can stop Influenza, most colds, and all SARS-CoV-2 viruses dead in their tracks.

All you have to do?

When you feel ANY flu-like symptoms, take Zinc and Quercetin immediately, then take it daily until the symptoms go away.

Don't take it every day, just when you feel off or like you caught a bug.

You will literally never get the flu again, it's that powerful. You can also stop 90% of colds this way. If you are very old and your immune system sucks, it's still a great idea, because it gives your immune system a fighting chance.

No. This sounds like a lot of bullshit. I haven't gotten sick for more than hours for many, many, many years. The key is to not be an unhealthy piece of shit. Done. Also that you're still pushing the kike "Wuhan China" lie is questionable as fuck and flies in the face of everything you claim to be helpful advice. Everybody on Earth knows for a fact by now that neither China nor Wuhan had anything to do with the made up trash known as covid 19.

Great, you were "sick" for a few hours. Don't care, you're pushing judaism. The flu, the cold, influenza, whatever aren't meaningfully worrisome. They're contracted by nearly every human on Earth every year and they end up fine. A small percentage show symptoms and a good portion of those who show symptoms have weakened immune systems some due to being elderly and some due to being underdeveloped (young). That doesn't mean it's a worrisome illness.

See my issue with this thread is that you're teaching people how to fight off something that shouldn't bother them anyway, rather than promoting a healthy lifestyle which will make the illness meaningless.

I'm not pushing judaism you freak. jews cover zinc and ionophores up. They try to get you to take flu shots and their new mRNA flu shot. They actively hide this information about zinc and ionophores. They even sponsor studies to try and make zinc look ineffective by administering it too late.

I don't care how fucking healthy you are, if someone sneezes in your face and you get a high initial viral load of a new flu virus, you will get sick. These cheap ass pills can stop it from replicating. It's extremely important information to have.

I'm not telling people to live in a basement, eat donuts, and take pills when they feel sick. I'm just telling people what pills to take if they get sick.

Excellent advice. I've been doing this since I got wuflu in late 2021. It minimized my wuflu and I haven't had so much as a sniffle since, even with being in close contact with several sick friends and relatives. I have also used epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) instead of quercetin.

I asked this previously, but what's the optimal dosage for Quercetin? Is Dihydroquercetin just as good? It seems cheaper. Can't really afford spending $20+ on a supplement. One I saw was affordable one with 500mg per dose (probably less though) for $8.

I take 440 mg Quercetin with 50 mg Zinc as a prophylactic when I think I might be catching something.

Both zinc and quercetin are useful for other purposes as well, just take them regularly. Zinc deficiency becomes normal after the age of 40. Zinc helps to get rid of excess cells in the prostate. So, if you're struggling with peeing as you get older, consider adding more than one zinc supplement to your diet. You cannot overdose zinc, but zinc replaces copper - add a zinc-with-copper supplement.

To fight the sniffles, elderberry works wonders.

I've started doing this as of this year. When I last had a cold, I went to the drug store a bought cold relief/treatment products and I noticed most of the stuff had some form of zinc as the active ingredient.

Since then I've bought zinc tablets and I take one anytime I have an odd sneeze, itchy throat, or if I'm around anyone with cold symptoms.

I've never heard of quercetin though.

Yes you need to take a Zinc ionophore with the Zinc. They've done studies with Zinc alone and it doesn't work very well, depending on the type of Zinc in the supplement. Granted, those were scam jew studies where they gave the Zinc after the person was already hospitalized, but it's still a good idea to take an ionophore.
