I am realizing that the government assists criminals now. Today I am thinking that if I ruled an area without inhibitions, I would sentence anyone to death for just being in a criminal gang. That would help clean up gang problems really fast. I would also be really harsh to any foreigners who commit unprovoked acts of violence possibly giving them the death penalty as well. Ultimately, to stop gang violence, ordinary citizens need to be equally as fierce and armed as they are. Meanwhile, government won't allow this and government barely does anything to the actual criminals. Things are so fucked.
