I didn't get a PM. Congrats on your shipment! My wife says if you have a chick with pasty butt you need to get rid of the butt feathers that are holding / trapping the poo. Or, the situation will happen over and over. The chick will yip taking out the feathers but do it like a band aid. Wife said that's how she learned how to do it. Let us know how it goes!
