No to the last part about "preparing for insemination..." because what if no condom is used, the male knows and the female is using a diaphragm? Effectively similar as long as it's just a physical blockage. The male knows but the body couldn't know and it would feel identical literally to condomless sex without a diaphragm. The part about hormones could be true. Plastics are used as a means of introducing (((hormones))) into bodies. It doesn't seem impossible that latex or w/e other poly substance used is harmful.
