My friend died tonight. Collapsed suddenly and couldnt be revived. He would have been 66 in May. He was an artist and could play any instrument. Tell your family how much you love them, get right with God. You never know when your clock will stop ticking. Something is happening all over the world.

Sorry about your friend. At our age this is going to be a common occurrence. But you'll see him again and the one advantage to topping 60 is that it wont be all that long before you DO see him again.I started burying people at 12. Ive lost so many of the closest people in my life and some days I feel like the Green Mile guy in that I'm going to be here to turn the friggin lights out in this place. Of all the shit that sucks in this cardboard reality, being the one left behind is the worst. But the fact that now Im on the back 9 and the odds are that no matter what I cant last THAT much longer and I'll get my time with my love ones back. THAT thought keeps me going. Hope it helps.
