He is a man, which means that he has at least some muscle and bone that make him dangerous. Sure he's probably not the toughest guy, but even weak men can be dangerous in a way that women cannot.

He is willing to torture himself with strange behavior and hormones. If he is willing to torture himself, he is willing to torture you.

He is pumped full of estrogen, which makes him crazy like a woman, the difference is that he has a man's strength to back up his violence.
