Could also be someone paying the vax tax so they're slowly dying and becoming frail from the toxic, experimental, poisonous injections they took... losing weight, zombielike stare, blank eyes, I'd guess it's either a tranny or an unidentifable female or male who are on their last days.

Most trannies are brain dead. Be careful and when you notice signs it is having a meltdown like they all do, just get inside, lock doors, shut blinds, grab your firearm and find a safe place with your back against a wall to defend and possibly shoot it if it breaks in to your home.
