Sounds like a crazy talk. Poals mRna expert already weighed in and didn’t use the “excuses” that you posted but gave real world examples of how it could be done and why other methods would be more effective.
To start the chain reaction, a prion has to find its way to a source of fresh amino acid chains of almost exactly the same kind it was made of. It seems that they can get transmitted through food and air. So while it is possible that mRNA encodes a protein that starts the chain reaction, there are easier ways to distribute these proteins than to use a syringe. Putting such an RNA sequence into a virus makes sense, but there are many other poisons a virus can create in infected cells. Genetically modified plants could mass produce prions.
Could be a distraction. Maybe there are plans to use prions and someone mixed "mRNA" into the rumors to make them sound like conspiracy theories. Like the theories about DNA-changing mRNA vaccines: they cover the fact that the viral vector vaccines (AstraZeneca, ..) use viruses that can do exactly that.
Sounds like a crazy talk
That's societal brainwashing talking. I realize I probably didn't write this post as well as I could have, because I was in a hurry to get this info out there. Please try to resist thought terminating cliches and engage with ideas.

Who's that? And what excuses did I use? I was talking about the excuses other people would use if they're asked about this.

Right, such as the food supply.

They could, yes. Plants would be useless if the goal was targeting meat eaters but the main problem with that is that it leaves evidence, right there in the plants genome. MRNA drugs don't. GMOs also take longer to make and involve more people in the process.

Well that's pretty impressive if they managed to do that inside my brain, because I noticed this myself, I'm not repeating some nonsense from above top-secret or Infowars. Kinda interesting they're failing to spread this "rumor" anywhere else though.
It's possible there are other plans to use prions for bio-warfare but if someone is planning to wipe out the majority of the population (perhaps to get rid of all the excess people once they've automated most jobs or just to get humanity down to 500 million as prescribed on the Georgia guidestones) there really is no deadlier combination than mRNA + prions in the food supply.
