If you know people in Philly and they are worried about the water you should tell them to get an RO Filter, Distiller or both.

Wow wtf. I just brought out my distiller and did a double filter. The Tap water was like 280 mg per liter of shit. RO was 50! mg per liter of shit. Wtf was it doing at 50? It should be at like 15. The RO then Distilled water was at 11 mg per liter. Nice.
