I went to a private school in Waukegan that had ads in the gym. Pretty sure one of the billboards was for McDonalds. We ate lunch in there too.

Edit: this was like twenty years ago. It's been going on a while.

I remember when we as a student body asked the administration for healthier options instead of just the soda machine outside the gym. They said no, they had a contract for it to be there and ONLY IT. well fuck us…

Meanwhile in school it's one long ad for government.

That's a sign of something even worse than a poor country.
