I meant in real life not online. I may have assumed that you did too
Well we can talk about anything to anyone anywhere in real life. Obvious exceptions of course. But if I got up on the steps of my capital and started trying to win people over one by one, I'd make very little progress. Sure, the odd person coming by would give me some time and maybe trust me enough to keep looking for the truth. But that isn't going to fix our problem.
I can't go on reddit and take all our info with me to spread to the masses. I'll be shut down in less than an hour. Probably less than 10 mins. What we need is a place people know about, bc as much as I loved Voat and now Poal, let's face it, there's not THAT many people here.
They have done an exceptional job at keeping us contained in our own little chambers, not being able to influence anyone outside of here.
Rumble and Truth Social are good starting points. I'll give them that. If we could link here, those two and Twitter, THAT would be something to work with.
My belief is, until something happens that pushes "normal" people over the edge and into the arms of information that will, and should, anger them, the Left is just going to keep marching forward. Leaving destruction in their wake.
Someone posted something here yesterday about asking progressives what they hate, "Nazis" being the obvious answer. Which basically boils the whole conflict down to basics. We must become what they hate. Maybe not under the name of Nazism, but an ideological opposition coalition. Call it whatever you want. Until the day comes where we WANT to be hated for being the opposite of our enemies, and banding together under a banner of our ideologies, we WILL lose.
I appreciate the thought out response.
You don't go stand on the capital steps, you tell your friends and your neighbors, and you tell them to tell their firneds and their neighbors.
It has to be grown from the personal connections person to person to really be galvanizing among the populace, when everyone knows, the propaganda is futile
Now that is exactly right. Aside from appealing to everyone one can as often as we can, we can't let our neighbors fall to the way side. That's basically as important or maybe more important. We need to turn our streets, our neighborhoods, our cities into bastions of warriors for the truth.
