You're 100% right. If you go out in a big city, always hire a cab and go to a nice place. Tip well and build a repoire to be removed from the invalids and have the ability to pick your waiters. I always prefer a White person to handle my food.

A couple of places we still go. I'm sure we have put a few kids through school with our tips. That's ok though, they take care of us when we're there. If everyone recognized good service and took care to let them know about it maybe they'd stick around longer and I could continue to get good service. I let them know by telling them and tipping well. It's a crap shoot in fast food places around here.
