Local weatherman just showed a map talking about the wind direction. Ohio, Pennsylvania, jewyork.

This was from 1pm but most of the morning has been the same. 3200ft wind speed and direction. The front on the plains, which is supposed to be a rather nasty blizzard, is pulling everything westwards.
