Your crew should be bailing out your boat. If you don't have a crew, then abandon ship and swim. You fight the water. You draw breath. Your heartbeat pulses through your body. You fight the cold. The crashing waves are endless but you fight the darkness. Black, tendrilous arms pull at your body. Rip them off. You ignore the voices whispering to rest, just sleep.
