Faulty bearing. Sure. The railroad company (wonder who owns the rail car???) Failed to do maintenance in spite of safety and maintenance teams on the most hazardous substance transport container railcar. I'm sure they grabbed any ol tanker car, and filled it up like it was water and dint give it a second thought. What about the orders to blow it up in stead of containing?
