It's not like you've presented much of an argument. I'm open to hearing what you have to say, but you've said nothing except that nasa uses helium. I presented their rational for helium use.
We've never been to space. Look up the van Allen belt radiation. No living thing can make it through without major lead shielding. None of the ships have lead shielding because it would be too heavy. Logic dictates we've never been to space on this fact alone.
