Don't have to, you literally can not get Allodial titles anymore, but other than Blacks Law Dictionary for the win, Allodial titles - ' land ownership by occupancy and defense of the land.' - good luck with that against corrupt Armed Federal Officers and complicit Govt if you're a lowly pleb. Tribal res/ and absolute original land deed/ or charters are similar with Allodial titles.
Im not saying it is possible in these conditions but what I am saying is that it WAS the system that existed and therefore can be the system we operate under again in the future. That was my point. Definitely not the case today by any means. I just dont want the knowledge to be lost so I mention it so people will look it up.
