That's because you are logged/registered on Matrix.org, not Poal server.

Log out, change the homeserver to chat.poal.co and register again.

And my wifi IP is blocked. Weird because I havent been there since last time I tried to find #IGLOO. And my ISP gave me a new IP about a month ago.
