Advices is not a word.
Are you sure about that?
n. <ád'vIs> 1. A suggestion for an appropriate course of action. 2. General guidance in terms of morals.

Remember when your mom used to tell you breakfast (breaking the fast) was the most important meal of the day? I'm in my 60s and I remember it. Well mom got duped by the advertising.
>The line “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day” was invented in the 19th century by Seventh Day Adventists James Caleb Jackson and John Harvey Kellogg to sell their newly invented breakfast cereal.
Most days I only eat dinner. Very rarely do I eat lunch. Breakfast on the weekends.
Calling other people losers to make yourself feel better is for weak cucks...
My 'window' for eating is 1:00 PM to 7PM most days.
Thats far from any useful fast. I leave the house to early to eat, usually have a snack for brunch and then supper at about 3.
I've got a weak system and this isn't the best route.
Only breakfast a man needs is a cup of pure strong black coffee.
No coffee, just pure water.
No coffee
So that's how it's going to be then, is it?
Yes.
I went ahead and bought a bag of coffee grounds today. My french press hasn't seen action for a while.
Good! Another one for black coffee master race.
