I'd say the easiest way is to get that eyeball to log in once and then remove the locking/passwords...

Hopefully, they didn't have a donor card and the eyes are still useable. I've heard of folks loosing thier eye lenses this way, but I really don't know about that kinda stuff.

Also, didn't mean to fat thumbs a down vote on your comment. I really hope those don't stick when I do that. (Phone fagging it up, here.)

Have a living will. I am not even sure how ones finances is just on a phone. Ffs not even sure what that means.

Damn scan his eyeball or mix up some plaster and make a fingerprint cast

Fake and gay. Phones don't have iris scanners. And no one would hesitate to unlock a dead person's phone with their finger except a fed trying to create a legal paper trail for evidence.
