I wouldn't phrase it as trusting one group over another. I wouldn't trust anyone. All you did was err on the side of caution in the face of a ridiculous amount of pressure generated from a fake media propaganda campaign. Perhaps you found anons bolstered your resolution but I don't think you did it because you trusted anyone.
