Same here. All the info, data, studies etc for prophylactic/ therapeutic dosing. Vitamin / mineral regimes etc. As well as copious vaxx data - or lack of it. In all honesty, on a personal health level, the plandemic and the lockdowns inspired / encouraged me to completely detox and curt out all the goyslop/ take aways, fizzy, refined sugar and cheap processed Frankenstein foods.
For the past three years, i take a daily high dose organic regime of essential vitamins/ minerals/ free radical scavengers/ amino acids/ herbal remedys. Completely reworked my diet - organic, home cooked, grass feed meat/ butter, filtered water, green tea etc - very little dairy - no refined/ processed sugar etc. Still a work in progress but after months of open source research from multiple legitimate medical aggregator sites (NIH/ CDC/ NEJM etc ' and 'alt right conspiracy sites', counted myself off/ stopped a couple of SSRI's, 1 anxiety med, 3x blood pressures, 1 sleeping tabs and a statin and a couple others i cant recall atm (11 tablets per day total). Blood pressure dropped and stabilized, have lost 26-28 kgs, feel like night and day, cognitively more alert and in the present, all that pharma made me a slow dull witted overweight bloated goy.
I take Vit C + Vit D Zinc and Quecertin. Drink tonic water regularly.
Yep, in all honesty almost everyone these days should supplement simply bc of the depleted food supply mineral/ nutritional content and the over abundance of synthetic chemical additives / preservatives everywhere. Plus lots of filtered chilled water.
