I had occasional asthma attacks as a child in Los Angeles from being outside. Treatment back then was to just shut up calm down and breathe.

I used to get shots of adrenaline in the ass when I was 8 -12 for bad asthma attacks I wonder if that's partly to blame for my struggles with addiction
