"Incandescence" is the emission of electromagnetic radiation (including visible light) from a hot body as a result of its high temperature.
Example: The flammenwerfer is "incandescencent". An "incandescent" reaction typically provides both intense light and heat.
"Glow" can be to shine with or as if with an intense heat (without ever actually having any) or to have a rich warm color.
Example: A chemlight can "glow" without actually burning or emitting any heat. It is possible to "glow" dimly.
I would say that they are more "Persons of Fluorescence", as "Glow Niggers" typically only call attention to themselves, without ever actually providing any useful illumination, or heat.
