Exactly the same. I did get my number and notice but the 'war' was over pretty soon afterwards.
I know one guy with his legs blown off and another one who tried to commit suicide but he just blinded himself, then hit and killed by a car walking to the store. I know some Purple Hearts but they're all dying.
Everybody should see the Vietnam area (not the wall) inside the Smithsonian. I fell apart looking at the letters, cried in front of my family right there lol.
