Today I learned Joe Biden's middle name means weak, defenceless, little bird (robin). This explains why he has a stay at home nurse/caregiver named Jill, is loved by weak liberals, cowardly feminists and needed a diversity hire, "woman of color" to garner support.

Oh, he also cannot command anything as the chief; definitely not the military, not even a small division would he be functional. Maybe his diaper checks when he knows he has soiled himself are his most credible skill.
