Might be both, but the fine point I'm trying to put color to is that I think many of the sheep are oblivious to, I think many of the juden are not part of the plan, and they mock the plan as being farcical. Not sure Larry David is indeed not part of the plan given his station in life. So he is likely able to psyop the "conspiracy" by making light of the jew/goyem divide.
The Jews consider themselves to be the "Chosen" people. They are the exception to every rule.
If any other group of people considered themselves in such a way, they would be branded as ultra-right wing racists and terrorists.
