For several years the weather Channel here constantly has the long range forecast as bleak as possible no matter what time of year. I think it's to reduce travel. I seem to be the only one who notices.

When the Weather Channel first came out is was awesome. All business no bullshit. Now its completely reversed

I noticed wunderground.com does the opposite; their long range forecast always seems to be a gradual return to the mean. IMO, windy.com has the best forecasts.
