You should organize a monthly meat buy. Get a dozen or so meat enthusiasts to buy a live cow or pig and hire someone to cut it up and smoke it.
It would be a great side gig for a local kid, and could potentially lead to a small buisness.
If you have enough people commit to a monthly buy it would be worth it for someone to learn the skills and buy some equipment.
This is an excellent idea. Except help only whites. It would keep local farmers in business and help feed our people. A win/win.
Yeah, obviously if you get any non whites involved it will all go to hell over night. They will demand special treatment. Demand better prices for thier cut of meat. Demand all the best cuts for themselves. Refuse compromise. Refuse to make good on their agreements. Pay late, if ever.
I would especially not trust a non white to be the butcher. Unless you like salmonella.
The last bit is more true than you know. There was a local butchery that had been open for generations, but the family that owned it moved off and sold it to some Mexicans. It lasted two years before it closed down completely.
