Better yet, you will almost never get sick if you regularly
- Exercise.
- Get fresh air.
- Eat whole foods (meats, veggies, fruit).
- Reduce sugar intake.
- Get enough sleep.
- Drink water.
- Avoid flouride and chlorine consumption.
None of which requires buying pills to help your body do what it's naturally capable of doing (it can't, because you're not supplying it what it needs)

Yes, to zero "sugar". Get rid of every single piece of plastic and aluminum that touches food. Immediately, all of it. Completely stop using your (((microwave))). Stop washing your dishes with (((soap))). Stop doing your laundry with (((soap))). Stop using (((shampoo))). I dunno, get rid of most things that you can't acively name the ingrediants of.
Microwave is poison. Love how people are talking about "microplastics" in animals, but no one bats an eye at storing their food and water in plastic.
Instead of abandoning soap, I recommend using a natural plant-based soap for dishes/laundry. Avoid (((antibacterial))) soaps.
I use glass containers. Long term storage I use plastic that I know isn't BPA and whatever other (((trash))) that's in 99% of plastic storage.
Sugar intake is so huge. Dropped 20 pounds in a few months by eating healthy and fasting. Turned into a bitch and raided leftover Halloween candy for weeks….up 8 pounds.
