Zinc lozenges, every couple hours. Zinc kills the virus. Be sure to let it dissolve in the back of your mouth. To enhance the effect also take a zinc ionophore such as Ivermectin but if you can't get it then take L-Lysine which is available OTC.

Yes, to zero "sugar". Get rid of every single piece of plastic and aluminum that touches food. Immediately, all of it. Completely stop using your (((microwave))). Stop washing your dishes with (((soap))). Stop doing your laundry with (((soap))). Stop using (((shampoo))). I dunno, get rid of most things that you can't acively name the ingrediants of.
Microwave is poison. Love how people are talking about "microplastics" in animals, but no one bats an eye at storing their food and water in plastic.
Instead of abandoning soap, I recommend using a natural plant-based soap for dishes/laundry. Avoid (((antibacterial))) soaps.

First - You can't catch Covid twice unless you've destroyed your immune system with mRNA injections. The common cold is a catchall term for corona viruses. You caught 2 different corona viruses.
Also, you don't need any of that zinc and Ivermectin stuff.
Heat kills the common cold and all corona viruses. This is why your immune system gives you a fever when you catch these viruses. Take a warm bath, submerged up to your neck, or crank on the shower and turn your bathroom into a sauna. Drink warm drinks. Eat warm food. Bundle up and keep your throat warm because that's where the virus replicates.
If you sweat it out, whatever virus you have will be out of your system in 4 hours.
But also remember - Cold and flu meds don't kill viruses. They take your symptoms away. And your symptoms are created by your immune system as it tries to kill the virus. If you take fever suppressors like Tylenol, or any cold and flu meds, all you'll do is keep yourself sick by preventing your immune system from making you better.
My go to for whenever I'm feeling ill has been to hop into bed bundled up to the nine and have a long sleep. I'll usually wake up with an unnatural amount of sweat, to the point that sheets need to be changed. I'd start feeling better that day or the next.
I could be wrong but there's probably a connection between where people tied cold weather to illness. "Bundle up or you'll catch a cold". It's not that illness came from the weather, it's that the body temp can get so low that it's more susceptible to infection.
Careful though. It's surprisingly easy to overdose on it. I recommend no more than 300% US RDA. And depending on the tablets you buy that may only be one or two per day.

I grabbed a cotton swab and stuck it in my nose. Then I put some water on it. After a few minutes nothing happened. Guess I'm negative for covid.
That test is arguably more accurate than a "covid test". The false positive rate is lower than that of a "covid test".
It's the flu. There are over 10,000 variants of it and all are harmless unless you're a senior citizen or very sickly from other ailments. It is the winter so it's flu season as well. You'll be fine and yes, smart decision not taking the experimental death jab of toxins intended to quell the population according to the globalists plan of a world full of only billionaires, millionaires and roughly 700,000 people. There are no tests that can detect "covid." That would require proper isolation, which has never happed.
I talked to some people via work about someone that tested positive and they KNEW they got it because they went to XYZ, fuck that, you can get it from anywhere. Not that it even matters, it is just a cold.
Started off thinking it was just a cold or maybe minor upper respiratory infection, then came body aches , bad painful cough and fatigue

The taste thing was a weird side effect, and there were a few others….but yeah, like you, I’m glad I held off on the vax. 3 times with covid that the vax wouldn’t have stopped anyway was way better than a baffling, unexpected death.

That's why I'm not bothered by. More bothered that my vehicle is on jack stands while I try to sleep it off. The covid hysteria/lie really messed up society. A few years ago people would just hunker down until better. Now a small sniffle causes a code red.
