Next week might be my final carolina bbq sandwich experiment... it's gonna be epic. I've found some non traditional things to incorporate into my bbq sammich. Ur gonna see the face of bbq jesus soon. The pickled red onions were the perfect addition above the coleslaw however.

Butter is the way I prefer them, myself. Sometimes with a bit of honey drizzled over the butter.
