Next week might be my final carolina bbq sandwich experiment... it's gonna be epic. I've found some non traditional things to incorporate into my bbq sammich. Ur gonna see the face of bbq jesus soon. The pickled red onions were the perfect addition above the coleslaw however.

apple cider vinegar... carolina style bbq and slaw. Use the same apple cider vinegar... it's awesome.

I'll try it out. I make my own hard cider. I let some turn to vinegar when I need more. It's the damn best vinegar ever when you get it fresh like that.
